Skyway P/b domestique Coffee announces 2024 roster
Skyway P/b Domestique Coffee is proud to release our 2024 roster! Expanding our geography to cover more of the Southeast and adding some proper hitters to add on to our CAT 2 squad. The goal for 2024 is to get all of our CAT 3 racers to CAT 2 and fully establish ourselves as a P12 team.
Ben Edwards | Team Director | CAT 3 | Birmingham, AL
We’re kicking off our 2024 roster with Team Director, Ben Edwards. Ben is a longtime bike racer and coach at Skyway Cycling. Last year he made us proud with snagging 1st place at Birmingham Baker’s Dozen Hill Climb.
Rob Lyew | Co-Director | CAT 3 | Hartsville, SC
Next up on our lineup is Team Co-director Rob Lyew! Rob is both a great leader and a powerhouse sprinter the team is lucky to have. One of his many highlights last year was showing out at Sunny King and placing 2nd in 3/4.
Zac Threatt | Road Captain | CAT 2 | Birmingham, AL
Next up is Zac Threatt, Road Captain. Zac has truly become a ~threat~ to be up against (especially after being named AL P12 State Champion) and we expect to see some outstanding results from him this year
Jonathan Crain | Road Captain | CAT 2 | Birmingham, AL
Next we’ve got Road Captain Jonathan Crain. Crain has held a longtime racing presence in Alabama, including being AL P12 CX State Champ, and is a great leader for our team.
Eliot Spector | CAT 2 | Atlanta, GA
Next we’ve got a force out of Georgia, Eliot Spector! We’re lucky he’s on our team because you don’t wanna be up against this guy. Last year he rocked races like Athens Twilight, finishing 9th in 2/3, and Georgia Games Road Race, finishing 3rd in P12.
Jon Hauck | CAT 2 | Atlanta, GA
Next up we’ve got our newest team member Jon Hauck. He wowed us last year by winning 1st in Peachtree Corners Crit 2/3 and 3rd in Rock n Road Crit 2/3. Be looking out for him on the podium in 2024.
Christian Hofstra | CAT 3 | Birmingham, AL
Next up on our roster is Resident Junior, Christian Hofstra. He’s quickly making a name for himself in cycling, including grabbing 1st in the Mobile Cycling Classic 3/4 last year. We’re stoked to have him on the team and expect him to have a great year.
Cade Pair | CAT 3 | Boulder, CO
Repping us all the way in Colorado is Cade Pair. Cade is a Skyway Cycling coached athlete whose hard work has reaped major results, including being last year’s AL 3/4 Crit State Champion. He’s only getting stronger so keep your eyes out for him this season.
Ben Dejarnette | CAT 3 | Atlanta, GA
Coming up next is Ben DeJarnette. Another Skyway Cycling coached athlete, he pulled some amazing results last year including the Sunny King Crit 3/4 (4th) and Georgia Games RR Cat 3 (2nd). We expect to see a lot of good things from Ben this year!
Caleb Fisher-Cannon | CAT 3 | Asheville, NC
Last but certainly not least, rounding out our 2024 A-Team is Caleb Fisher-Cannon. He had a fantastic season last year with a 1st place finish at High Country Classic RR Cat 3. We’re excited to have him racing with us again!
