Pre-Season team camp
On January 12th the team descending upon Columbus, GA for warmer weather, quiet roads, and good vibes for our 2024 Pre-season Team Camp.
Team camps in January have been a ritual for the team since our inception in 2022; its an opportunity to gather, get to know new riders, go over our partnerships, plan our schedule, and set goals for the upcoming season. Always kicking off with a shorter Friday ride to shake out travel legs; this year, we were met with a substantial rain storm but the guys persevered and got a solid day in.
Saturday is always the biggest day of the weekend, typically clocking in a century followed by a team meeting to catch everyone up on partners for 2024, the schedule, and set our goals for the year. Sunday is usually a shorter day, but due to the weather on Friday, we went a big longer and got in some race simulation efforts in! Everyone is in flying form going into our season opener, the Swamp Classic, in Gainesville, FL in a couple of weeks.
On the sponsor front, we’re happy to be continuing with our presenting partner, Domestique Coffee! As always, we’re upping the ante for the new year and have a mainly national criterium racing focus in 2024. We’ll be starting the season with some regional races to warm up and then will be hitting the USA Crits and ACC series in full force. Catch us at these races:
